Feedback Process

Once your item has arrived and you are happy with it, we'll be happy to receive your feedback. We endeavour to read them all on a regular basis, and very much appreciate the comments that our customers make about us.

As much as we would prefer to leave every buyer an individual comment, it just is not practicable with our current workload and thus we have found it necessary to make use of eBay's system to leave feedback automatically as soon as it is left for us by buyers.

Please make contact with us before leaving neutral or negative feedback as disputes and problems can often be amicably resolved before this stage is reached.
