All Rays Florists sundries are packed and sent with the maximum amount of care and attention.
If you have any problems whatsoever with your product then please let us know as soon as possible after receiving your items.
Refunds will be given on these terms:
There is a valid reason - i.e Wrong item sent.
We do not refund any monies paid if your item is lost by Royal Mail or Parcel2Go, but we will send out a replacement if your item hasn't arrived 14 days from dispatch. We will then make a claim against Royal mail or Parcel2Go for the loss of the product.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in the same condition they were sent in and in the original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for returned postage expense and a percentage of our Paypal fees incurred unless the errors is ours.
Very rarely Royal Mail or Parcel2Go may fail to deliver your parcel. In this case please contact us within 7 days after we sent the ' Your eBay item from Rays Florist has been shipped' Email to you. For 'lost' items we cannot open a dispute with Royal Mail until 14 days from dispatch have passed. Please be advised that until this time period has elapsed we are not able to send out replacement items. It is Royal Mails responsibilty to complete delivery, unless you have paid for a signed for delivery service, or your parcel was sent by 'Other Courier' (Parcel2Go) we have no way of tracking your package.
Again, very rarely Royal Mail or parcel2Go may have damaged your item during the delivery process. Please advise us within 7 days of receiving your dispatch email. Please keep the product and all packaging exactly as it was delivered to you. Royal mail and Parcel2Go will have to have documentary evidence (i.e photographs) in pursuit of a damaged items claim. If your item has been damaged then we will be happy to send out a replacement.....we do not send out damaged items - Royal Mail or Parcel2Go damages them in transit!
Unless there is a defect, your item is damaged or we have sent the incorrect item to you, we do not refund products that are unwanted, unsuitable or surplus to requirements - sorry!
