1. Uk Postage will be made by Royal Mail Packetpost, or for heavier or oversize items, a designated courier service
2. Once payment has been received, we despatch your order within 1 working day. Once we have marked your order as 'Despatched' you will receive an email to your registered eBay email address informing you that your order is on it's way. Our order handling time is no more than 1 working day, unless there has been a bank holiday, when our order handling time may increase to 2-3 working days due to order backlogs*.
3. Expected delivery times for our Royal mail services are 2-6 working days from despatch depending on which service you choose. Royal Mail Special delivery, in the majority of instances** is guaranteed for next working day delivery by 1pm if you order before 1pm Monday - Thursday. We do not provide a special delivery guaranteed Saturday service. For large or bulkier orders we reserve the right to send your order by courier which may take between 3 and 7 working days.
4. Royal mail orders sent by standard postal services are not guaranteed to arrive within the quoted eBay timeframes. If you need your order to be received within a guaranteed timeframe, please use the special delivery option. Once we have despatched your order it is the responsibility of Royal mail to complete delivery. If your order is larger than your postbox, Royal mail will leave you a P739 Notice informing you that they have either left it with an immediate neighbour or returned it to the local delivery office pending re-delivery or collection instructions from yourself. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for possible Royal mail delays and we have to give them a minimum of 14 days to attempt to complete delivery.
5. Please make sure that your registered eBay address is correct. We use Royal Mail software which works on the assumption that the postcode on your registered eBay address is correct. If your postcode is incorrect, we will not be liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address or returned to us by Royal mail as 'Address incomplete'.
   Please make sure your postcode and/or Company name / address number is correct before purchasing from our store.
6. We will post to PO boxes and BFPO addresses (2kg maximum weight), but we do not accept responsibility for non delivery to PO boxes. To adhere to Royal mail guidelines on maximum parcel dimensions, we may send your order in multiple parcels. 
7. If you have paid by Paypal, we will only post to your paypal registered address. This protects both you, the buyer, and us, the seller. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you are out at the time of the delivery see point 4.

8. We allow you 7 days to pay for your purchase. If you haven't paid after 2 days then an automatic reminder will be sent by eBay. If you still haven't paid after eBay reminders, then we will open an 'Unpaid item dispute' 7 days after the sale to recover our fees. If you then choose not to pay then eBay will issue an unpaid item strike on your account. We do not, under any circumstances accept payment from buyers after they have received their unpaid item strike.
   Any non paying bidders will be blocked from buying from us in the future.
9. If you would like to purchase something that isn't listed then please contact us by either going to our feedback page and clicking 'Contact seller' or from any product page and clicking 'Ask seller a question'. We will endeavour to source the product and supply it for you.
10. All Rays florist sundries are packed and dispatched with all due care and attention, using protective packaging products and packages are clearly marked 'Fragile' (if applicable) - this is to ensure a damage free delivery. Due to rare out of stock situations at Smithers Oasis, we reserve the right to supply a like for like product from an alternative manufacturer.

* During peak periods (September - December) we may be unable to process all orders placed within 1 working day. Backlogs are cleared in 2-3 working days.

** Very rarely, Royal mail may take a day longer to deliver than the next working day. As this is entirely out of our hands, we will not be held responsible for Royal mail delays.
