- If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, then telephone us free within the hours of 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Saturday on 0800 0372025. Please have your eBay username and total to pay ready.
- If you wish to send us a message at the time of your order, or at any time, then please use the eBay message system by clicking 'Ask seller a question'. Because of the way we bulk process orders, we aren't able to check every order for messages.
- We will always respond to messages received through the eBay messaging system during working hours Monday - Friday. We do not respond to messages received outside of this time, however, if your query is urgent, please feel free to call us. We have a skeleton staff on Saturdays and are always closed on Sundays.
- Please familiarise yourself with all our policies and procedures before buying from our store.
