Screen Replacement Ordering and Fulfilment Process.

  1. Place order by "buy it now" on item page.
  2. Package phone carefully ensuring its adequately protected.
  3. Post it to us at the address given. We recommend using Recorded or Special Delivery. Postage to us is at your expense.
  4. Please include the ebay item number, your name, address and telephone number.
  5. We will repair the phone and get ready for return to you, and then call for card payment (if you did not pre-pay by Pay Pal).
  6. We will then despatch the phone via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is an insured next working day delivery before 1pm.
