Cellphones Sales & Repairs ebay Store is owned and run by Cellphones of Cheltenham. We have been established for 10 years with three Retail Stores in Gloucestershire and London.
We have built a reputation in our local areas for the high quality of service that we offer, as well as keen pricing. The Mobile Communication Business is extremely competitive, with new enterprises opening and closing down daily.
When we began trading back in 1998, we recognised that offering goods and services at competitive prices was not going to be enough if we were to establish ourselves for the long term. Key for our business growth, has been, and still is, 'word of mouth'.
Our 'word of mouth' recommendations has been built on our commitment to ensure that our customers are always extremely pleased with our service. Of course mistakes do happen, we are only human. But when brought to our attention, we look at it as an opportunity to put things right and deliver on our word.
We believe that ebay offers a similar opportunity with the feedback system being the 'word of mouth'. Our goal for this ebay store is similar to that of our retail stores. Whilst we can never give the face to face personal service over the internet, we still have a standard of professional service that we intend to deliver.
Points to consider before placing an order with us or elsewhere.
- We aim to respond to enquiries the same working day.
- We aim to despatch goods the same working day for orders received before 1pm. Monday to Friday.
- We aim to despatch repaired phones the same day that we receive them. Monday to Friday only. Phones received on a Saturday will go out on the Monday.
- We NEVER supply counterfeit goods. All parts, batteries, memory cards, facias, whatever, are ALWAYS genuine products, the same as what we sell in store. Fake LCD's, batteries and Sandisk memory cards are rife on ebay. Positive feedback is left for these sellers by unsuspecting buyers as the customer only finds out that they have purchased counterfeit goods when the item goes wrong!
- We have stores that you can visit, phone or email six days a week with real people with real names and real goods that can be returned if they go wrong!
