Q: Can I collect my item and save on postage?

A: YES, Items can be collected from our Cudworth Store and the full postage price deducted. Payment can either be made in advance or upon collection. Please email and advise us if you intend to collect an item. Our address for collections is "Ramsdens Direct, Rock House, Barnsley Road, Cudworth, Barnsley. S72 8LL". Goods can be collected Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm.

Q: Do you offer a postage discount on mulitple items.

A: Yes, The most expensive item you buy is charged at full postage, all subsequent items are charged at half price postage. If you are buying several of the same item this will calculate automatically. If you are buying different items you can either discount postage rates manually in Paypal or preferably email us after you have bought all your items but BEFORE you have paid for them and we can email a combined invoice with discounted postage.
