We accept payment by cheque, direct bank tranfer if you have internet banking, or cash on collection. For all deliveries we recommend Eazimove couriers. After making a successful purchase you will recieve an email with a link to our bespoke booking form to enable you to book a collection and pay for your delivery securely.
You are also most welcome to collect or arrange your own courier. If using your own courier it is your responsibility to ensure your item is adequately insured for the journey.
Our postage charges are inclusive of the cost of packaging and administration.
All items must be paid for within 7 days and collected within a maximum of 30 days. Any items that have not been collected after 30 days are taken to our warehouse and charged storage at £10 per item per week.
We are happy to accept returns and have a 7 day return policy we will refund the full puchase price. We are not responsible for costs incurred for postage, delivery, couriers transport insurance etc. and you will be responsible for the return cost of any item.
Our items are not new, they are antiques and therefore will generally have signs of use or restoration or age related wear and tear and you are to be aware of this when making a purchase.
