We usually ship out 1~2 days when we receive cleared Paypal payments with confirmed address before 5 PM Eastern Standard Time during weekdays.
All orders over $300 require your phone number for faster delivery. You can add your phone number while checkout at Paypal. Also, signature is needed upon delivery.

 We will gladly accept returns if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product. There will be a minimum of 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping.
Please keep in mind that any returns must be made within 14 days from the receipt of the item.
Damage caused during installation is not considered as product deficiency and will not be covered by warranty. Any returns made without an RMA number will be sent back at the shipper's expense.
We will exchange any defective products free of charge. Refunds are not available for defective items.
Please send any returns or defective items with RMA number by insured freight pre-paid back to RambowTech.
