Could you send me more images of the item in different colour than presented in the listing?

We sell different models of prams and pushchairs that come in a variety of 30-70 colours each, therefore it might not be possible. Some colours are manufactured upon the request. In each listing we try to present close up images of the particular model to show its features as much as possible and the gallery presenting the colour options. All accessories come in the matching colours.

I like the model of the pram but it doesn’t come in the colour I’d like – is it possible to have it in the colour that is not in the colour gallery?

Yes, we can manufacturer your own colour design for the additional fee of £20. Please note this item would not be eligible for the return.

Does the pram come with the warranty?

Yes, it comes with the manufacturer’s warranty, min.12 months.

What to do if a component gets damaged?

Please send us a photo clearly showing the damage and describe it. We will need your name, date of purchase and the model and the colour of your pram. Upon the evidence , the components or the whole pram will be repaired or replaced, subject to the warranty conditions.

Are the prams made following safety regulations?

Prams are made in the EU countries, and they comply with EU safety regulations, such as EN1888.
