WHY BUY IT FROM US?
We do not sell graded or x-catalogue stocks. All our products comes with manufacturer warranty / guarantee. We only sell brand new goods. If your item is out of stock we will contact you via eBay to inform you and if the stock is due in soon you have the following options: to wait or cancel; or alternatively select a substitute product. If the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will cancel the order and refund you within 2 working days. Items can be out of stock when orders are simultaneously placed on e-bay and in-store.
FLAT PACK GOODS
It is not practical to check every part and then repack. In some cases parts can be missing or damaged. If the above is the case please contacts us immediately by email/eBay message.
The procedure for this is that we contact the manufacturer about the replacement parts and they will send the part/s directly to your address. In some cases this can take up to 8 to 10 working days. Unfortunately this is the only practical solution, but we will always try our very best to resolve any issues ASAP.
CUSTOMER QUERIES
We will attempt to answer all queries From Monday 10am - Friday 6pm. We are unable to reply to your queries during the weekend and Public Holidays. We will attempt to reply to them ASAP.
