Unless specifically stated otherwise, all items will be shipped from Scotland (United Kingdom) by Royal Mail or Parcel Force service. Where applicable a tracking reference number, and a link to the website where the parcel can be traced, will be e-mailed to you once the item is dispatched.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all items will be shipped from Scotland (United Kingdom) by Royal Mail or Parcel Force service. A tracking reference number, and a link to the website where the parcel can be traced, will be emailed to you once the item is dispatched. Upon receipt of item please check the parcel for any damage (large tears or flattened corners). Inspect product for any visible signs of damage. If you notice damage or you are unsure, you must sign for it as damaged. If this is not noted we are not able to claim from the courier company. Also you, the buyer, have accepted the product. Any damages or missing parts must be reported to us within 48 hours. Most deliveries will require a signature. If package is not signed for, it will be held at local depot for a few days, and then returned to us. Any re-delivery to us will incur a second postage charge for you. Please note that money processing, packing and delivery of the item could take up to 10 - 14 working days, if not specifically stated otherwise. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.

In order to return a faulty item you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email us prior to dispatch, we will then issue you with a delivery address for the product to be sent to. The returned item must be in its original packaging with all original documents. Replacements will be given for items as long as they have been used in accordance with usage guidelines. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. If you contact us after 5 days we will assume that the item was working and subsequently developed a fault. Items which develop a fault after 5 days are subject to return conditions under the manufacturers’ warranty. If a customer returns an item to us claiming that it is faulty but it is found to be working correctly, we will not provide a replacement or refund. Due to the time taken to process returns we will charge a restocking fee of 10 GBP and the postage charge to resend the item will be requested again. Replacements will be of a similar or better specification than the original item and replacements may vary depending on stock availability. We will not accept items which have been misused or used for a purpose other than what the item was designed for. We do not provide refunds for customers who are abusive or threatening to us. Manufacturer's warranties are supplied with most merchandise purchased from us. After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment. Returned items should be well packaged to avoid damage in the post and we recommend the use of a traceable service so that you can confirm when we receive the item. We are not responsible for returned items which do not get to us or arrive to us in poor condition. We are also not responsible for items lost in the post and therefore would not refund the postage costs if a refund is requested for an item not received.
