DONT USE - Extremely poor service received. I purchased an expensive brooch but the authenticity was questioned by independent jeweller who refused of offer a valuation. The item had been subject to a poor repair and "stones" were held in with paste. Some stones were replacements and might not even be real rubies as described. All my messages have been unanswered. Item returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery within return period, yet no acknowledgement or refund made. Case escalated to PayPal.
