Shipping Terms and Conditions:
- Payment must be made within 1 day after auction ends.
- Once payment have been received we will ship within 1-3 business days.
- USPS First Class Mail/ UPS Ground/USPS Priority Mail
- All order shipped will be provided with confirmation number
- ALL RMA orders please email rma@racetechperformance.com further instruction will be given to you once the email is received.
- Insurance is offered for each item, per auction item as optional, Please add to payment if needed.
- Shipment to HI, AK, PR, APO/APF is extra than to continental U.S. Please add the offered insurance amount to your invoice if you are in these area.
- If you bid more then one item, we reserve the right to ship all the items you bid together or separately.
- Business days in this description means working days only, exclude weekend, holidays. Since Post office and other shipping company are off on those days.
- Our shipping & handling rates includes the expense of shipping material, handling fees and secure high quality packaging. Therefore all prices are NON-Negotiable, and please don't bid if you do not agree to them.
- Customer who want to pick up must inquire first. NOTE: you will need to pay Buy It Now price plus all shipping/handling fees because it takes more process and time to handle such matter.
Return Policy:
- RT-Performance are not liable to any damage or harm incurred during or after install for our product.
- For refunds, merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging and resalable condition. Shipping fees will NOT covered by us.
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
- Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped with a traceable number.
- Once product is installed, it will not be accepted as a return product, credit or exchange will not be allow. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If product is damage by shipping company, customer is responsible for filing claim with shipping company, if no insurance was purchased we will not take any responsibilites.
- Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days after you received it. Defective item will also be replaced, but buyer pay for postage fees.
- A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
- All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period. Buyer have to cover shipping fees.
Warranty Information:
Warranty is only cover for manufactured defects. Prior to installation customer must inspect all product. All defects must be report to RT-Performance within 5 days after package is received. Buyer are reponsible for all shipping charges for warranty replacement NO EXCEPTION. We pride in customer services and also encourage our customer to provide good communication with us, therefore we can serve you better and be able to ship your items out promptly. Please double check your email SPAM or JUNK mail folder for our email just in case.
