If you purchase an item from
ROZSR as a consumer you are entitled to the full protection of the Distance
Selling Regulations. These
regulations aim to allow you to make a purchase and examine that purchase in the
comfort of your home, much as you would an item in a shop, with the opportunity
to return the item should it be apparent that it is not what you wanted.
If you choose to return an item
purchased from ROZSR, we ask that you notify us of your intention to return the
item, by e-mail.
We will then provide a returns address for you, and we kindly ask that you try to return the item to us so that we are in receipt of the returned item within
14 days of your original receipt.
We kindly ask that any items returned be returned in the condition originally supplied, with all retail packaging, and
with labels and tags still affixed.
You have a duty of care for the
item and so we recommend that the item is well packed and posted by a traceable
method, with insurance.
You will be responsible for the
return postage costs.
A full refund, excluding the
aforementioned postage costs, will be processed as soon as possible following
receipt of the returned item, and will be made in the same manner as the
original payment.
Please note that for hygiene and
security reasons some items are excluded from the Distance Selling Regulations. This might include items such as swimming costumes, underwear
and sealed items containing software (although this list is not exhaustive).

Nothing above should be taken to
affect your statutory rights.
