Our Aims for Customer Service

We are a family business, whose aim is to give our customers the best possible shopping experience, with our value for money quality goods.

The eBay element of our business is a new and exciting way forward for us and we would welcome any feedback on our shop, service or items for sale. If you have any questions or queries please don't hesitate to contact us via the eBay messaging system.

The items we have for sale on eBay is only a small selection of what is available at our stores in Norfolk and Suffolk. Therefore if you are looking for something that is not in the eBay shop then feel free to contact us as above – we may well be able to put it in the shop for you.

Payment & Postage

We are only able to offer payment through Paypal. We do not accept cheques or postal orders.

We are in the office Monday to Friday to accept your orders – any orders placed before midday on these days will be posted on the same day. Unfortunately there is no one in the office Saturday and Sunday – but rest assured any orders to questions will be answered as a priority on Monday morning.

Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will exchange or refund providing you contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds will be made by the same method as the original payment.

Return postage is payable by the customer.
