In the unlikely event of a problem with your order please notify ROSE DIY via email within seven days of receipt.
If you wish to return an item please contact us via email within seven days for return instructions. Customers are expected to take reasonable care of goods and to restore them to us complete, with the original packaging and in the condition supplied within 14 days. Please verify suitability/compatibility and read the item description and Terms & Conditions before ordering. Customers are responsible for return postage and packaging costs for returned goods unless defective or sent in error.
Items that we agree to receive back for exchange or refund, they must be in the original packaging with all manuals accessories and must be in a resalable condition
Bespoke items are non-refundable/exchangeable. These items include for example paint, locks, key cut, as they are made to order.
We only post to Paypal verified address, and we also reserve the right to request verification details where we see fit.
Because we have a shop some product may sell out temporarily, in that case we will offer you a full refund or give you the option to wait until we get new order, however this rarely happens as we are a big business.
Lost items : You must write to us after waiting 14 days. Please send a letter stating your item has not been delivered and its been 14 days. Sign and date and include your full name and address.
After this your claim will be processed.
