Once payment is received and cleared your item/s will be carefully packed and despatched Royal Mail 1st.Class delivery .APC Overnight will be used for heavier or larger parcels. I despatch by 3pm and aim to post within 1 working day, depending on workload, although as you can see from my feedback, most of my customers enjoy next day delivery. ITEMS NOT ARRIVED - Check to see if your local post office or sorting office has your parcel waiting for you as a card is not always left when a parcel cannot be delivered. If not then contact us, and we will investigate the situation for you. ITEMS DAMAGED Contact us and a replacement, where possible or refund will be offered straight away. PLEASE NOTE: We will forward your details to Royal Mail for their investigation should an item go missing. |
