Hi from Derek and Jacqui Roberts and welcome to our on-line store. This is an extention of our high street shop which we opened nearly 30 years ago. We sell a huge variety of household, garden, pet, seasonal and novelty items. Stocks are always changing so please check us out regularly.

This is a picture of our High Street Shop which we opened over 29 years ago.  It has seen quite a few changes over the years but is now selling household, garden, pet products, toys and seasonal lines etc.  Approx. 14 years ago we branched out into taking a trade stand to steam rallies in the south east (see below).  While we are away for the summer, at the rallies, Derek's mother runs the shop.

 

This is a picture of our trade stand.  We attend approx. 15 Steam Rallies in the South East of England between April and September.  This also has seen many changes over the 14 years.  We sell simular items on the stall as we do in the shop (apart from some heavier items which would overload the van if carried in bulk).  So as you can see we are quite often away during the summer months.

We opened our W.W.W. branch via ebay 6 years ago and have many satisfied customers (just look at our feedbacks).  This season we will be selling our usual selection of Seasonal, Pet, Household and Clearance items etc.through buy it now in our ebay shop (ROBERTS ONLINE ).  Don't forget to add your name to our mailing list to receive regular updates from ebay of the latest products we have on offer.

We will be fully operating during the winter months but as you can possibly tell, the summer months makes us very short of time (alot of the time we go from 1 rally to the next). We iill still be listing but there will be a slight delay in posting untill we return from the rally.

WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR PAYPAL PAYMENT.

When you purchase an item from our on-line store, if paying by paypal, we will make every effort to dispatch your goods the next working day(unless we are away at a Steam Rally). We will send you an email to advise you of when your item will be dispached.

We now have arranged a once a day collection by the royal mail so 1st and 2nd class are usualy sent the next working day, after cleared payment is received, (sometimes goods are dispached the same day).  Payment by cheque takes a bit longer to allow time for bank clearance.

If for some reason you are unhappy with any item you recieve then e-mail us A.S.A.P. and we will do our best to sort out the problem.
