We always ship using the most cost effective method to you using our standard 48 hour or 3 day services. If you require your items faster just ask at checkout and we'll quote you an overnight price.
Bulk Items
We are able to ship most of the items we provide to most of the UK for one £12.50 shipping cost there are a few exceptions however.
We can ship up to:
1 Rolls of 1500mm Wide Bubble Wrap
3 Rolls of 750mm Wide Bubble Wrap
4 Rolls of 500mm Wide Bubble Wrap
8 Rolls of 300mm Wide Bubble Wrap
2 x 15cu Ft Flopak
For £12.50
Please ask us for prices if you require more and we will contact you with an overall shipping cost.
Shipping to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Isles.
We are happy to ship to anywhere in the UK, but our Couriers do charge us more to cross water. Again we will be happy to quote you the lowest price we can using one or other of our couriers, depending on the quantity of packaging you require. It may even work out less than our standard charge on smaller items! Please email us with your postcode or location, the items you require and we wil be happy to quote you.
What to do if you don't get your items.
Email us or call us on 01276 23330, we'll get it traced and sorted as soon as possible; 2nd class mail items can take up to 5 days (they are generally a lot faster than that). If you don't get a courier item after 3 days something is wrong. If you don't get a reply to your email within a couple of hours during the working week, CALL US we may not have got your email, it does happen! We prefer you to email us direct using anita@rmadillo.com as we have found that eBay messages (again), can be delayed in the eBay system which will prove frustrating to both of us.
