Q: What is your return policy?
A: To comply with Distance Selling regulations returns will be accepted provided the item is returned within 7 days at the cost of the buyer, unworn and in the original packaging. Refund for the purchase price of the item will be given. After 7 days returns will be accepted provided the item is returned no later than 21 days, at the cost of the buyer, unworn and in the original packaging will be subject to a 20% handling charge.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, we will reduce postage on additional items by £1 per item
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We post items 5 days a week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday lunchtime. We always send items 2nd class. So if you are in the UK you will usually get your item within 48 hours of ordering. Overseas items are sent Royal Mail AIRMAIL and will take 7-14 days.
Q: I need a guranteed delivery date?
A: For UK sales we can send items 'special delivery' to gurantee next working day delivery at a charge of an extra £7.50.
Q: My item hasn't arrived, what do I do?
A: Items rarely dissappear in the post system. First thing to do is check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the item for you to collect. Royal Mail don't always leave a card informing you that the item is being held for you. Then check that you have provided us with the correct address. Then contact us and we will help you.
Q: I want to purchase more than one item
A: If you want to purchase more than one item, then complete each BUY IT NOW and then make one payment for all the items, the postage discount will be automatically deducted.
Q: Do you have this in other sizes?
A: We only list the sizes we have in stock, if the size you require is not listed in our shop then we don't have it in stock.
