Shipping Policies

Typically orders are processed within 2 business days (usually within 1 day or less) after payment. At this time we only ship UPS Ground to a physical address in the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska & Hawaii) and USPS International Priority to Canada. You will receive an email with the tracking number the day the order is shiped. If you do not receive that email be sure to check the message center within your eBay account.

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund minus our average shipping cost to your zone (calculation can be found on our website). You are responsible for the return shipping cost. The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals (if originally included). You must contact us for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning the item or it will be refused.

Defective Items

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is defective within 30 days of receipt you will be given two options.

1.) Contact the manufacturer for warranty service.  It is to your advantage to contact the manufacturer and explain the problem. They will then be better able to assist you in getting the problem solved -- possibly right over the phone. They may determine that the tool needs to be serviced free of charge and recommend an authorized service center in your area, which is often quicker and more convenient than returning the tool to us and waiting for a refund or replacement.

2.) Contact us to have the item picked up and issue a refund or send a replacement if available.  Before a refund can be issued or a replacement can be sent we must first receive the item and verify that it is defective.  If our technicians determine that the item does operate properly according to the manufacturer specifications then the return will be processed under our non-defective return policy and subject to a restocking fee.
