PAYMENTS
For Customers in the UK
We accept Paypal, Postal Orders and Cheques. For payments by Cheque/Postal Order, a delay in posting will occur while your payment clears FULLY into our bank account.
For All International Customers
Paypal is the only method of payment that is accepted from customers living outside the UK. Please do not ask for our bank details as these will not be given. We cannot cash international personal cheques due to the very high bank fees associated with this service.
COMBINED POSTAGE DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS
To see the cost of buying more than one of the SAME item, just go to the Postage and Payments tab on the item listing, enter your country and how many items you require and the price will be displayed for you to see.
If you are buying items from DIFFERENT listings and want a combined postage price, please BUY IT NOW for the items but before paying, wait for us to send you a revised invoice. Alternatively, click on the Request Total From Seller button once you have ordered the items (before paying) - that will also let us know that you require a combined invoice. If you want to know a combined postage price before you order, please email for a quote, telling us which items you would like to purchase.
POSTAGE
Orders placed before 3.30pm are despatched the same day. Most items sent within the UK are despatched using Royal Mail 2nd class (or Royal Mail Standard Parcels for larger items) to save on postage costs but please email if you require a quicker serivce - this can be arranged. Many items posted 2nd class seem to arrive either next day or within two days within the UK. However, at busy times, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail. For an extra £4.99, you may choose to upgrade to Royal Mail International Signed-For, which is a fully insured priority service. Please email us if you require this service.
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ITEMS WITHIN A WEEK OF PLACING YOUR ORDER (OR 2 WEEKS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS), PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK - WE WILL SORT OUT ANY ISSUES IMMEDIATELY. IT IS LIKELY THAT YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE WAITING TO BE COLLECTED AT YOUR LOCAL SORTING/DELIVERY OFFICE - PLEASE CHECK THERE BEFORE EMAILING US. |
