DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders placed before 3.30pm are despatched the same day. Most items sent within the UK are despatched using Royal Mail 2nd class (or Royal Mail Standard Parcels for larger items) to save on postage costs but please email if you require a quicker serivce - this can be arranged. Many items posted 2nd class seem to arrive either next day or within two days within the UK. However, at busy times, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail. For an extra £5.99, you may choose to upgrade to Royal Mail International Signed-For, which is a fully insured priority service. Please email us if you require this service. If you would like your international delivery via Fedex, this can be arranged at extra cost.

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ITEMS WITHIN A WEEK OF PLACING YOUR ORDER (OR 2 WEEKS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS), PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK - WE WILL SORT OUT ANY ISSUES IMMEDIATELY. IT IS LIKELY THAT YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE WAITING TO BE COLLECTED AT YOUR LOCAL SORTING/DELIVERY OFFICE - PLEASE CHECK THERE BEFORE EMAILING US.
