In the unlikely event that a return is required,
All items for return must complete and in original packaging they bust be undamaged in a re-saleable condition, They MUST include the original invoice.
The Buyer is responsible for shipping costs that are incurred when returning products back to us, this only applies to items not required and incorrect parts ordered by the buyer, there will be a 10% handling and re-stocking fee for item returned not required when we receive back after the 7 day DSR regulations cooling off period.
Any item the buyer receives damaged can be returned for a replacement but you must let us know of the damages within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Any damaged/faulty OR incorreect items receivede will only be considered for exchange once we have received the faulty or incorrect item back, we will pay the return post but only after we have received notification that all problems are resolved and that you are happy with the replacement you have received.
The return of any item for a refund must be initiated through e-bays return proceedure otherwise the E-bay selling fees will be deducted from the refund amount this is because without a returns request we can not reclaim the costs that are charge to us by ebay.
A returns request is not required when returning an item for exchange
Any items to be returned must be BACK TO US within 10 days of you receiving the goods (except when retuning for exchange under warranty)
it is your responsibilty to ensure it arrives back to us un-damaged and in a re-saleable condition.
IF damage occurs during the return or handling of the item then you the buyer will have to be claimed the losses with the return postage company therefore a refund will not be made.
ALL RETURNING ITEMS MUST BE SENT TRACKED AND SIGNED FOR BUT AT A PRICE THAT IS CLOSE TO THE PRICE WE CHARGED TO SEND IT
DO NOT USED PREMIUM SERVICES SUCH AS SPECIAL DELIVERY ETC BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR FULL POSTAGE FEES BACK.
WE WILL NOT PAY ON EXCESSIVE RETURN POSTAL FEES, WE WILL NOT PAY OUT MORE ON POSTAGE THAN WE HAVE CHARGED YOU TO SEND IT.
Any item you received faulty or damaged must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the item, otherwise a refund will not be made.
any item proving faulty after the first week of receiving it, will only be considered for exchange and not for a refund.
ALL ITEMS RETURNED FOR A EXCHANGE MUST BE IN OUR POSSESION BEFORE WE WILL RESEND THE REPLACEMENT OR ALTERNATIVELY A COVERING/TEMPORARY PAYMENT MADE TO US TO SPEED UP THE EXCHANGE PROCESS ONLY THEN WILL WE DISPATCH BEFORE WE RECEIVE THE ORIGINAL BACK... NO EXCEPTIONS
Any item that has been fitted OR damaged in handling will not be considered for a refund.
