Definitions:

You must select one of our delivery upgrade options at the checkout to be entitled to any order compensation in the event of failed delivery. Delivery Time: Refers to the time the order is estimated to be in transit with the responsible carrier. Delivery time does not include the additional time we, or any of our authorised third parties require to process and package your order and payment.
