| A:you can find out the date we ship your item by checking your feedback history. we always leave shipping date on your ebay feedback history within 1-3 days after payment is received. if you don't see it 3 days after payment, please contact us. |

| A:we usually ship within 24-72 business hours after payment is received (note: pre-sale items takes longer). regular shipping transit time is approximately 7-10 business days. EMS express shipping is 3-5 business days. EMS is available upon request. additional fees will apply for EMS upgrade. |

| A:on-line tracking NOT available for regular airmail shipping. for items shipped by regular shipping, you will still see tracking number left in your feedback history, but the number may only serve as reference for cases such as lost package, so we can use that number to claim the lost with post office. |

| A:2 possible reasons: 1)you have missed delievery, 2) your package is probably being reviewed by customhouse. |
| Q:what to do if i missed the delievery? |

| A:if you have not received the item within normal waiting period (7-10 business day). you probably have missed the delivery. please contact your post office near you ASAP before it is returned to sender. pls note: package will require your signature upon arrival. if no one is at the address to claim upon arrival. postman will drop a pick-up note. |

| A:if you see package pick-up note in your mailbox telling you that there is a package waiting for your to claim, that means post man have already attempt to deliver the package but was not successful during your absence. please check with your local post office immediately before it is returned to sender. |
| Q:what if the package is returned back to sender? |

| A:if the your package remains unclaimed after 7 days in your nearest post office. it will return to sender. we will resend the package again upon arrival but addtional shipping charge will apply for shipping 2nd time. (the charge will be less than you have paid for the 1st time). |

| A:believe me, nicky hates to do this but sometime she just have to. nicky painfully decides to block certain buyers only because she got hurt or frustrated with the previous transaction. please email me if need me to remove blockage. we can work things out. |

| A:these boots can adjust to skinny legs real well. the circumference measurment at the 5th eyelid (about where the biggest section of your calf is at)from the top is 12 inches at the tightest. |
| Q:i have really big calfs. what's the maximum opeining the boots can adjust to without spliting shoe tongue? |
