| A:I value my customers highly,so if you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, please email me before leaving feedback, as I am willing to work with you to come to a mutually agreeable conclusion where we are both completely happy with the outcome. Refunds given as money back, or exchange - whichever suits the best. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, I am happy to combine shipping. If you are wanting to combine items over a 10 day time period, please just email me and let me know we are waiting on more auctions to end! If you want a quote before bidding on multiple items, email me and I will let you know as soon as possible. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:As soon as I receive payment, your order will be posted either that day, or the next, depending on the time of receipt of the payment. As I live in rural Tasmania, express post is not a guaranteed service, I find most items take about 3-4 days to get from here to your door if you are within Australia. International is sent via air mail - 2 weeks |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Varies, but is always stated in listing..
Within Australia most items can get to you for $10.50 if their combined weight is less than 3 kgs. If under 500 grams total varies, but usually $5 - $7. I list most of items with shipping showing for both Australian and International destinations clearly available at the bottom of my listings. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, I post Worldwide - payment must be made through Pay Pal. I use airmail, as sea (surface mail) can take up to 3 months and is outside eBay's terms of 'reasonable delivery times'. |
| Q:Why are your postage charges more than the cost of the actual Australia Post fees? |

| A:I like to be sure that you receive your items in good condition. I do not use red/white mail bags for items under 500 grams, as I feel it is better to protect them with a heavy duty 'Tuff Bag", and bubblewrap where need be. I also wrap in paper before packing, and use cardboard if the item might 'bend' in the post. This costs money! |
