I pack carefully, so have to of course charge for the heavy duty quality envelope used and bubblewrap - but I keep my charges to a minimum. Buyers must understand it costs money to use quality packing - to ensure you receive your goods in good condition!

CUSTOMER SERVICE & RETURN POLICY:  

If for some reason you believe I have not described my item correctly I am happy to refund after discussion via email as to what the problem was. If lost in the post and uninsured...blame Australia Post..not me!!! However, having said this, normally I refund if lost, as having now sold over 7000 items, and only lost 5 I find it best to refund my customer to ensure their faith in my business!!!
