We are based in East Sussex and have been trading online now for 5 years and have built up a very large and very happy customer base, we believe this to be down to the fact that we offer the highest level of customer service to ensure that your online shopping experience is as hassle free as possible. We all know that buying online can be a bit daunting at first as you aren’t able to see what you are buying in the flesh so to speak, but we offer a fantastic and fair returns policy if you have purchased the wrong size, and we aim to get a replacement sent to you within 2 days of us receiving the original order.

Free Shipping Discount - Buy one item, and the postage for the rest is free!! We offer 2 different shipping options to keep things simple!!
1) Royal Mail 1st Class – This is a standard shipping option that normally takes 2-4 working days to arrive. As this isn’t tracked in any way we cannot guarantee delivery, and we cannot offer any refunds for items that have been lost in the post, so if you want to guarantee delivery then please choose the Courier option.
2) Next Day Tracked Courier – This is our most popular option, and that is for one reason. With our courier delivery we will send you an email giving you a 1 hour time slot for the next day, for example it could be between 12.34pm and 1.34 pm!! And what’s even better, if you are going to be out at that time, or you simply don’t want to be stuck in the bath when they arrive (It’s happened to all of us!!), you can email/text us back and you can pick another time slot!!
