Shipping: We aim to ship your item(s) within 4 working days from payment clearance, this does not include Saturdays/Sundays and UK Bank Holidays where no mail is shipped by our carrier. Also, with other work pressures dispatch can sometimes take longer, so please be patient. Our fees are postage at cost (by weight/value) + 0.50 UK Pence for small parcels up to 1.00 UK £ for larger parcels for packing materials like bubble wrap, poly chips, parcel tape and printing. We use 1st class standard postage, 1st Class Recorded, Special Delivery and Parcel Post for UK Inland destinations and Airmail or International Signed For/Insured post for Overseas destinations depending on size and value of package. We pack your purchase to a high standard, address as you have stated with excellent clear labelling to try to minimise any problems in transit. However, items do sometimes get lost, damaged or stolen in the post. Please get in contact with us if your item has not been delivered within a reasonable amount of time and we will investigate. We always reply quickly and will do our best to help. We obtain proof of posting for all mail so claims can be made in the event of loss of an item for whatever reason. that Please note if Recorded or Special Delivery is used, we can check delivery has taken place using the tracking number. If a signature has been obtained from your address, we will not refund in a case of loss, but will ask that you make a claim from Royal Mail for the value of your goods. This is to prevent fraud. We will of course provide copies of all paperwork required for you to do this.
International Buyers: We only accept PayPal from international buyers. Sorry we do not accept any other transfers, cash or checks. This is due to restrictions on our bank account, so sadly, no exceptions can be made. Please note: We will only ship 2 or 3 low value items in one parcel to buyers in Africa.
Restrictions on bidding: Due to increased malicious bidding, we now reserve the right to cancel any bid from an ebayer with less than 4 positive feedbacks. This is to protect genuine buyers who have had their bidding disrupted by this practice recently.
Payment by Cheque: If you are a UK buyer and pay by personal cheque please allow 5-7 WORKING days for clearance. We will send you a message with an expected clearance date for your cheque. We will send through your item(s) as soon as clearance takes place.
ALL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: We do require payment within 7 days after sale and need you to contact us within 3 days of sale to inform us of your method of payment. If you have problems with payment or are going away please contact us.
Descriptions: We aim to give you an accurate and detailed description of the item for sale but please be aware that these listings are written by human beings (sometimes very late at night!) not a machine, so mistakes can be made. If you are not happy that your purchase has been accurately described and you wish to return it, contact us and we will refund on safe return of the item. (see 'returns' below).
Returns: Items should be returned within 14 days in original packaging (as far as possible) for a full refund. You need to inform us within 7 days that you intend to return an item. Items that are damaged due to poor re-packing will not attract a refund as we cannot re-sell them. On safe return we will refund all the money you paid to us including postage, but please note we will not pay the return postage costs.
