PAYMENTS
We will accept payments made in UK £Sterling only.
Payments are highly recommended
to send through Paypal. Advantages using Paypal over other payment

auction close. Non paying bidders will receive negative feedback
without exception.
POSTAGE AND PACKING
We ship out item on a daily bases and use Royal Mail, Parcel Force,
and DHL depending on weight and your location delivery will take 1
to 5 working days(1working days for FEDEX Next working Day Service)
all parcel are professionally packed using the right packing for the
product all UK stocked items no import charges.
Please Note:
The following shipping Information is important, please read carefully
before placing a bid!
Winning items will be sent out within 24Hours of cleared funds being
received. (Sat. & Sun. excluded.)
It is ONLY possible to combine postage when all of
your won items are paid for together with one SINGLE PAYMENT.
Non-UK Buyers in other European countries, please
email us for postage cost.
If the shipment is returned to us and it is a clear
error by the buyer for whatever reason we expect the buyer to pay
the cost of the repeated shipping cost BEFORE attempting to ship
again. SN TOYS will only cover the second delivery charge when it is
a clear error by SN TOYS
PLACING A BID
Please be aware that by bidding on this auction or purchasing goods
from a "Buy it Now offer" you are entering into a legally binding
contract with. SN TOYS please make sure that you are happy with all
of the terms and conditions before placing a bid. If you do win one
of our auctions we advise that it is usually best to pay for the
item as soon as possible.
14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
All our items are sold with a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are
unhappy with your purchase you may return to us in an as sold state
within 14 days for a refund (except for the postage costs which are
non-refundable). Items must be returned completely unused and in a
good original packaging not assembled If an item is used or
assembled in any way it can not be returned for a refund
WARRANTY / RETURNS
If the item is found to have a manufacture fault within 7days on
arrival we will replace or repair it for you. The item needs to be
sent back to us in an unused condition. The box and internal packing
undamaged and all parts present and returned within 7days. We cover
all postage for returning and redelivery.
Please note all radio controlled model come with a
3month warranty. We offer free repair service for all faulty items
under our warranty. However, the buyer will have to send it back to
us at own cost and we will cover the redelivery cost. Free repair
service apply to any faulty item after 7days on arrival. We can not
except crash model back for warranty repair. In some cases we will
ask you to return part of the item which we will inspect you may
need to remove this from your model. We can not cover crashed model
under any circumstances. If a crashed model is returned we will need
to charge you to ship the model back.
If you find a item to be damaged on delivery please
inform us within 24 hours. Replacement will be offered immediately.
Otherwise, we will not send replacement. Buyer will have to
cover the return and redelivery cost for exchange a new item.
In all cases, buyers have to pay
post fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or
refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements.
All buyers MUST contact us for
the returning address.
REFUNDS
We will only refund if a model is out of stock on returned item. Or
under the 14 day return guarantee All return postage costs are
non-refundable
There is 25% of the goods value
restocking fee will be charged on unwanted or purchased wrong items
for refunding.
It takes at least 5 working days
to process the refund if your order was paid by Bank transfer, Post
Order and Cheque.
COLLECTIONS
Please ask full details via ASK QUESTION ON EBAY.
FEEDBACK
Our system automatically leaves feedback once it has been left for us.
Please do not email us asking for feedback as it will not be left
manually under any circumstances. We wait for your feedback so we
know the transaction has been completed
NON PAYING BIDDERS
If payment is not received within 7 working days the item may be
relished and a Non paying bidder alert will be filed against you and
negative feedback may be left.
