Purchasing from Radiopro
You can order products from Radiopro using the following
options:

paypal, credit card, cheque or postal order
If you need help or advice you can contact us using the

When you have placed your order we will send you a
conformation email. If a product is not available we will also email you to tell
you.
Radiopro may cancel any sale and not supply any products if
it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of
Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any
payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
Price/Payment
Radiopro is VAT registered therefore all prices quoted
include VAT at 20%.
A full VAT invoice is sent with the goods.
Prices are quoted on UK pounds. You must pay for your order
before goods are dispatched.
Credit cards accepted are Visa Mastercard Delta and
Maestro/Solo. Please note we are unable to take payments from American Express
or Electron cards.
Availability
We try to keep Radiopro as up to date as possible but cannot
guarantee that a particular product will always be available. If a product is
out of stock or we cannot supply a product you will not be charged for it and we
will notify you of a delivery time or refund your credit card/paypal account.
Delivery
Radiopro delivers to addresses inside and outside of the UK. Please email us for
shipping quotes for bulk quantity or to International destinations at:

Radiopro offers standard delivery via Royal Mail 1st class recorded post or
express delivery via Interlink Express next day couriers.
Orders made before 2pm will generally be dispatched same day for next (working)
day delivery by courier. Our couriers will require a signature upon delivery
and operate between 8am and 3pm.
Returns
Radiopro offers a 7 day test and exchange warranty on all items. New radios
carry a full manufacturers warranty. We try to deal with returns as quickly as
possible but please ensure you contact us before returning the item as this
speeds things up.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or refunded, however we must be advised
of any faulty goods as soon as possible upon the receipt of the item and firstly
given the chance to send a replacement. It is the customers responsibility to
pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will
also refund the postage cost.
