PAYMENT AND POSTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I prefer payment via Paypal, but will accept English cheques (allowing 5 workings days for clearance) and sterling postal orders. Bids from outside UK must be via Paypal. Items posted with Royal Mail are insured up to £41.00 as I always obtain a proof of postage but if you require insurance with tracking number please contact me first for a quote , normally 75p within the UK or £4.95 for international. Payment must be made within 4 days of winning bid, otherwise I reserve the right to report as an unpaid item to ebay so I can re-claim eBay fees.
We use both Royal Mail for smaller parcels and either My Hermes or Interparcel courier for larger items which will be despatched and will be sent within 3 working days from receiving cleared funds.
Please note despatch by courier may require a signature however please note that you must open the parcel and check condition of the goods immediately and advise any problem within 24hrs otherwise we are unable to make a claim if the goods have been damaged in transit. The courier will leave a card if you are out and hold the package at a local depot before returning the parcel to the sender. If this happens then a further payment will be required for re-delivery.
Refunds are only given in exceptional circumstances, so please read the description carefully and feel free to contact me with any questions before bidding. If the item's condition does vary significantly from the description or the item arrives damaged, refunds will only be given if the buyer contacts me within 24 hrs. upon receipt and returns the item within 7 days as per online trading rules. Please note that I will refund for the item only and not postage costs incurred unless I have sent you an incorrect item or if damaged I will attempt to claim from the carrier. If the item is damaged upon arrival then please send photo(s) to racefitness1@sky.com so I can assess the damage before making a refund.
Faulty Goods
All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications and we will arrange a collection or send you shipping labels.
Non-Faulty Goods
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.
I cannot be held responsible for loss or breakages in the post although I will always provide the relevant documentation required for the buyer to make a claim with Royal Mail, if the problem occurs with our courier then I will try and resolve amicably.
Upon receipt of your item please leave feedback if you are happy with your purchase and I will return the favour. Unfortunately due to eBay's new policy I can only leave feedback once I know you are happy with your purchase.
