We use both Royal Mail for smaller parcels (despatch within 24 hours) and Fedex courier for larger items which will be despatched directly from our local supplier and will be sent within 3 working days from receiving cleared funds.

Please note despatch by Fedex requires a signature however please note that you must open the parcel and check condition of the goods before signing otherwise we are unable to make a claim if the goods have been damaged in transit. Fedex will leave a card if they try to deliver but you are out and hold the parcel for 7 days at a local depot before returning the parcel to the sender. If this happens then a further payment will be required for re-delivery.
