I am an international
buyer, how come the shipping price is not the same as stated in the auction?
Some of our auctions clearly
state for international buyers to email us for the shipping price before
bidding. It's just impossible to ship packages internationally for the same
price as the United States. The price of shipping that we quote to
international buyers is for the United States Postal Service's Airmail
shipping.
I have paid for the item,
when will it ship out?
We ship all items out within
24-48 hours of processing your order. We will email you the shipment
information (tracking/delivery confirmation numbers, etc.) once payment is
received and your order processed.
What shipping company do
you use?
For shipping to the
continental US with Physical Address, we use UPS Ground as standard shipping
method.
For shipping to a PO Box,
APO, FPO, GU, HI, AK, PR, or VI address, we use USPS Priority Mail for an
additional charge.
For shipping
internationally, we use the United States Postal Service's Airmail. You can
however request Express Mail (EMS) for a
higher shipping cost.
How long will it take my
item to arrive?
Items shipped by UPS take
anywhere between 2-7 business days from the time we ship out the item to
arrive, depending on how far you are from California.
Items shipped out by USPS
Priority Mail usually take 3 days to arrive, but that is not guaranteed.
Items shipped
internationally by USPS Airmail take about 7-14 business days to arrive, but
that is not guaranteed.
What forms of payment do
you accept?
We accept Paypal, major
credit cards through Paypal or Propay.
Money Order, Cashier's Checks
or Personal Checks may be accepted by request only.
You sent me the wrong item, what do I do now?
Please email us at

provide us with your item number, and we will be glad to send out the
correct item for you.
How do I return an item?
All purchases are backed by a
14 day money back guarantee. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within
14 days for a complete refund. Returned merchandise must be in brand-new,
undamaged condition and still have all accessories and packaging intact. You MUST request an RMA number prior to returning any products to
us. Returns without an RMA number will be returned to the sender. If you would like to request an RMA number, please

My order arrived damaged
or defective.
What should I do?
Don't worry, please keep the
item and all the packaging and email
us immediately. We will replace the item, issue you a refund or offer
different solutions. Please be patient as we will reply your email within 24
hours.
I'm an international
buyer, its been over a month, how come my item still has not arrived?
Please check with your local
post office, and ask them how to contact their customs department. If it has
taken this long and still your package has not arrived, it is most likely
stuck in customs waiting for someone to sign for it.
