Listed below are some frequently asked questions and their answers. If you cannot find the answer to your query here, please contact us via the ebay messaging service and we will respond as fast as possible.


***PLEASE NOTE - If you have been directed here via eBay messages because you asked about your goods please read the following.

If you are querying the delivery of an item which you believe may be missing - which rarely happens, please ensure you allow 7 WORKING days for delivery after cleared payment.

99% of items are received within 3 working days of cleared payment, however at times delivery can take longer so you must allow 7 working days before contacting us with a presumed missing item/s. If you need to contact us please provide the following to save time:

- Payment Method

- Payment Date

- Name of person that made payment 

- Please note we are unable to discuss eBay transactions outside of eBay and will only discuss such matters via the eBay messaging service.


Q. When will my item be posted?

A. Items are usually dispatched within 2 working days of payment received. Please note that if you have paid by eCheque via Paypal, we will only dispatch upon the clearance of the eCheque.


Q. I haven't received my items yet, when will they arrive?

A. We usually dispatch items within 2 working days of receiving payment, and the item(s) should arrive within 5 working days of being posted if you live in the UK. Therefore if you live in the UK please allow 7 WORKING days before contacting us about a possible loss. If you live outside of the UK please allow 10-12 working days for your items to arrive.

***Please note if you have paid extra postage for a next day or fast delivery, and your goods have not arrived please do contact us asap.


Q. My item(s) have been damaged in the post, what can I do?

A. If an item has been damaged in the post, you may file a claim from the post office (if the item was delivered via courier we will do this for you and resend). The post office should reimburse you for the damage and you can re-order from us if the item is not of satisfactory condition to use.


Q. Will I receive a postage discount on multiple items?

A. Yes. As long as you have not already paid the full price for postage on items, we will be able to discount the postage for you and notify you of the final price to pay (See Low Postage Policy HERE). We are unable to give you a postage discount on multiple items if you have already paid the full amount - to receive your postage on multiple items please wait for us to send you a new invoice.
