| A:We are sorry but due to the volume of phones we sell then it would be impossible to take photographs of each one. We try and be as accurate as possible in our descriptions. |
| Q:Do you stock international chargers? |

| A:Unfortunately we only stock UK chargers, so a uk charger will be sent with our phones. Travel adaptors and international chargers are available on ebay for next to nothing though! |
| Q:Are there any accesories with this phone? |

| A:Please see individual listings but the majority include the phone, battery and a wall charger, no other accessories unless the description states otherwise! |
| Q:I do not have paypal is there any other way I can pay? |

| A:If you do not have a registered paypal account then one off payments can still be made through paypal using your card without signing up or by calling us on 01253 310981. |

| A:I am sorry but our phones are at the lowest price we can sell them for already so we cannot accept offers. Sorry! |
| Q:Which network was this phone originally on? |

| A:As we get the phones in from our supplier and due to the high volume we sell then unfortunately we cannot test each one too see what the original network was. All our phones unless otherwise stated are unlocked. |

| Q:How quickly will I get my mobile phone? |

| A:We send all our phones 1st class recorded unless another service is requested and usually send them out within one business day so we are very fast! |
| Q:Will my sim work in this phone? |

| A:The majority of the mobile phones we sell are unlocked but please check the individual listing. Please be aware many older phones do not support the 3 network or 3g sim cards but we have a 3g section in our store for models that will. |
| Q:How do i return my item ? |

| A:We never knowingly send out a phone with problems so before leaving bad feedback or opening a case please contact us first to see if the issue can be dealt with or if a return is required you must be provided with a RETURNS NUMBER first by emailing or calling us. |
| Q:Where do you post your items from ? |

| A:We are a Uk based company and only ever post from our Uk offices. |
| Q:Do you post internationally and the cost ? |

| A:We can post to most countries, price is dependant on location and included tracking and insurance for your item. |

| Q:Opening a return case |

| A:Please don't open any cases on ebay as this will delay any return or exchanges. Just email or call us on 01253 310981 and we will sort it asap. We are very fair sellers and always sort problems out. If you don't think we are replying please check your email address linked to your eBay account as the reply will be there. |
| Q:What is an unlocked phone ? |
|
| A:An unlocked phone means it has been unlocked to work on all networks. If your on '3' network please check the 3g section of our store to see if the phone is combatable. As its unlocked it may have old network branding on the phone but this will not affect the phones use. |
| Q:9am and Saturday delivery |

| A:We do not offer saturday or 9am delivery as these services cost way too much. If you do require one of these you can always call us to see if it can be done but please be aware there would be a substantial additional cost. |
| Q:My sim card will not fit in my Blackberry 8800 |

| A:Please be aware the middle slot on the Blackberry 8800 is for the memory card, the sim card slot is to the left of the centre. |

| A:If your Blackberry has a password on it then it will have been rest to the default which is blackberry or blackberry1 |
| Q:My phone does not work what can I do? |

| A:Please leave the phone on charge for at least an hour upon receiving. Make sure your sim card is working and you are pressing the correct power button(some are located on top of the phone). Also make sure you have contacted your network to get the correct setting sent to your phone and if it is a blackberry that the wireless signal is turned on. |
| Q:What postal service do you use? |

| A:We use royal mail 1st class standard, recorded, next day Special when requested and paid for and International signed for for international orders. |
| Q:Do you offer combined postage? |

| A:Yes we do, buy the phones you are interested in and then request an invoice and we will send you an adjusted invoice. |

|
| A:Before contacting us if you have not received your phone within the alloted time then please check your address registered on ebay is 100% correct and that a card from the royal mail has not been left. |

| A:For our used phones we have introduced a grading system which is as follows: Grade A - Good condition may show light signs of wear. Grade B - Moderate signs of wear |
