Multiple Purchases

If you have purchased multiple items from us your order will be combined automatically when you visit our checkout. Please checkout when all auctions are closed. We allow up to 14 days to combine your purchases. Shipping cost will automatically be adjusted.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Please use ebay's chekout , Paypal or call us at 330-678-2222 during our business hours M-F 9-5 EST. If payment is not received within 7 days we will file a non-paying bidder report with ebay. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us.

Shipping

We ship via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Global Priority Mail. Shipping times will vary. We usually ship within 3 business days after payment has been received. FREE SHIPPING offer applies to Buy it Now items only shipped within the U.S. Lots are excluded from the FREE SHIPPING offer. Shipping cost for the item is stated at the top and bottom of the ad in the specified ebay sections.

We do ship internationally with few restrictions. However, if shipping internationally to a PO Box we must have a phone number to ship the item.

Feedback

We leave positive feedback after payment is received. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please give us a chance to make things right before you respond with a neutral or negative. We would like the opportunity to resolve any problems with your purchase.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days after receiving the item. Please fill out the return form provided and include it with the item being returned. Shipping Cost will not be refunded.
