When it comes to returns we found that a worryingly large number of companies have complex and unfair policies.
So we have kept ours nice and simple!
If you need to return any purchased item for any reason you can, as long as...
- It's the same item we sent!
- The product has not been damaged/used (if during delivery the item has been damaged we will need to see a picture first).
If the returned item is as the above, then we will refund the full price of the item.
If we have made a mistake then we will refund the price of the shipping as well.
To return an item to QPS for any reason, a returns reference (RMA) must be obtained before returning your order. Returns should be made within 10 days of receipt of your order.
