Q:Are these all the same dye lot?
A:Yes they are. I am very conscientious about dye lots. Every listing I have will only include one dye lot. I almost always include the dye lot. It will often be in the TITLE, within the ad, or even directly on the photograph of the yarn. If I have the identical yarn available in a different dye lot, it will be listed separately.
Q:Do you have more of this yarn?
A:Have you looked in my store? I almost always have more of every yarn listed at auction. In fact, I likely have more colors available than you will see at auction. Auctions are advertising to get you into my store. They are VERY expensive to list. (My avg. mo. eBay bill is $2000.00!) Items are categorized & easy to find when you visit my eBay store.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes, I do! You may keep your shopping cart open for up to one week. Once you have won an auction, or purchased an item from my store, please send me an email at: QualityFibers@gmail.com, and let me know you are still shopping. When you are done, let me know & I will send an accurate combined total.
Q:Do you have a question specifically about yarn?
A:You may be able to answer your own question quickly from the page I created -Yarn Standards and Guidelines- It can be accessed through a LINK within every ad, or found at the top of my eBay store homepage. Information for Gauge, needle size, measurements, calculations for determining how much yarn to buy, charts etc. is included.
Q:How accurate is the color of the yarn to your photographs?
A:Yes. I work very hard on my photos & won't post them unless they represent the shade well. However the shade may appear differently on your monitor & once I have a photo for a shade, that becomes my stock photo. I can't possibly photograph every dye lot. There are variations from lot to lot & within dye lots. That is the nature of a hand dyed yarn.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:I ship to: USA, Canada, Europe, Japan & Australia. PLEASE do not ask me to ship to a country I have not listed. I will NOT mark the item as a gift. The price you paid will be declared on the package. All taxes & duties imposed by your country are your responsibility. Please consider this when making your purchase.
Q:Will you ship my item Media Mail? - When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:If you have only purchased books & magazines from me, & live in the US, by request, I will ship Media Mail, IF you ask before making your payment. - All items shipped Priority Mail within the USA, should arrive in 1-3 days. International Priority Mail takes 4-6 days. I ship almost every weekday, and most Saturdays, from Washington State.
Q:What is your return policy?
A:All sales are final. However, If I make an error, I will correct it at my expense. If you would like to return an item, you may for an exchange only. No returns on Books or Magazines. Shipping both ways is Customer's responsibility.
Q:Why do you charge a fee if I make more than one payment?
A:Because PayPal charges me a fee for every transaction on top of their "cut." It is difficult to make a profit on eBay with all the fees.
Q:When do you leave feedback?
A:I am confident in my products & service. I will leave positive feedback when your pkg ships. Some seller's hold feedback until they receive it. That disturbs me & I won't do it. Let me know of any problems & I will try to correct it. The feedback forum isn't the place for that. Please leave positive feedback for me when your item arrives. THANKS!
Q:What type of payments do you accept? Do you charge taxes?
A:I accept PayPal, Credit & Debit Cards. Please don't ask me to accept another pmt. type. If the package is shipped within WA state the tax rate of 8.5% will apply. I am a licensed business & am responsible for these taxes. This is my full time "job." Your timely payments are my "paycheck." Working from home allows me to be a fulltime Mom to my boys.
Q:Will you mark the item as a GIFT on the CUSTOMS DECLARATION?
A:I understand your high tax costs. This is definitely a factor in determining whether or not your purchase is a good deal. It is really tough on me when I am asked to forge Custom documents, because I am a legal business. I want to keep my customer's happy, yet I am torn. My ads state that I won't declare the item as a gift. CONTINUED BELOW

A:I have to include the packing slip in case the package is damaged in shipment & it is needed to determine where the package is supposed to go. This will show the true cost of the item. Custom agents also have the right to open & inspect the package. This puts my business at risk. CONTINUED BELOW

A:It is my opinion that it is everyone's responsibility to pay their taxes. Governments never have enough money to pay for the services they provide. Yet it seems we complain & want more done for us. Think about how much money is lost in taxes countrywide in sales such as this. That's a lot of services that went unprovided. CONTINUED BELOW

A:Yes, government's waste a lot of money & pay themselves too much. But, that won't change by not paying taxes. Something else must be done. I truly am not a political person, and I don't want to offend you. What would you do in my position?
