We currently have a 4 working day processing time excluding weekends / bank holidays. However,  the majority of time your item will be posted within 2 days of purchase depending on the amount of orders. If you are in a desperate hurry please contact us as we will do our best for you.

Items are posted Mondays , Wednesdays & Fridays.

Items purchased or paid on Mondays after 1 pm, Tuesdays &Weddnesdays up to 1pm Will be posted on Wednesdays at 1pm. Items purchased or paid wednesdays after 1pm,Thursdays & Fridays up to 1pm will be posted on Fridays at 1pm.Items purchased Fridays after 1pm,weekends & Mondays up to 1pm will be posted on Mondays at 1pm.Nothing is posted during bank holidays or when the shop is "On Holiday" Any questions please feel free to contact us. If your item hasnt arrived after 10 days please contact us so we can track it down.

Postage & Packaging charges are charged not just the cost of the postage, The charges consist of mailing bags, labels, rotary blades,pressing fabrics and most of all fuel to get to the post office which is a 20 mile round trip. Postage charges are adjusted according to these expenses not just the cost of the postage. I try to be fair but if as a buyer you do not expect to pay any additional on postage then please I would prefer you not purchasing even though your business is appreciated. Your low DSR's are not:) I hope you can understand from a sellers point of view.

All items are posted first class and the majority recorded deivery.  Any free postage offers all customers will be charged .80 for the recorded
