Return policy:

Returns are accept if item are received damaged or flawed.  If you receive either damaged or flawed material please contact us immediately or within 3 days of delivery, we will give you our details to return your damaged item, we will refund return postage as well for our error as soon as the item arrives.

If fabrics are alter ,cut or washed before flaw or damage is noticed by buyer, the buyer assumes all responsiblity & no refund will be given so please check your items as soon as they arrive. All items must be return in new sellable condition.

Since our item/items are cut from a bolt to the quantity you order they are classed as custome orders which are non refundable.

If you are still wanting to return your fabric we will accept a return. If fabrics are in new condition/ unwashed. However, return postage is buyer responsiblity and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

All pre-orders/special orders or requests are pre-paid & non refundable.

 Pre-orders/special orders are specific materials you have request and a quantity you have ordered. Under our disrection some pre-orders can be exchanged only but only on approval, return postage for these items are buyers responsibility
