| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Within 14 days (or notified of such if overseas) in the same condition as the goods were received. We also ask that, in case we need to seek compensation from the Royal Mail, you also return the original packaging. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:We charge postage and packing as near to cost as possible and will always supply a combined invoice on multiple wins or multiple Buy-It-Now purchases, to take advantage of reduced shipping costs. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:Most parcels, at least 90%, are mailed within 48 hours of payment clearing (bear in mind this can delay cheque and e-cheque payment. It's then in the hands of the ever-loving Royal Mail. We ship all domestic packages first class, so next day delivery is anticipated. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We charge postage and packing as near to cost as possible. We do NOT believe in making a profit out of p&p charges. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |
|
| A:Airmail (small parcels/printed papers) to Europe is usually 50% of the cost of shipping to the US and Australasia. On multiple wins, we will advise of totals when invoicing. We can offer surface mail shipping overseas (outside of Europe), which will halve the cost but can take around two months. |
| Q:Have you really been trading since 1965? |

| A:Yes. We started out selling comics from our lists advertised in The Exchange & Mart. From there we created our first adzine, The Derinn Comicollector, which evolved into our publishing of the original listings fanzine Fantasy Advertiser (from 1970-1975). |
| Q:Are you the same company which publishes Comics International? |
|
| A:We used to, for 16 years, but sold it to Cosmic Publications in December 2006. |
| Q:Did you also publish Warrior? |
|
| A:Yes, and the revived House of Hammer, Toy Max and a range of other titles. |
| Q:Is this your main job? |
|
| A:No, we have multiple roles. We are currently setting up a syndication agency, we have a few books in the pipeline (COMIC ART NOW is the latest), we also act as publishing consultants, and are working on two new TV series (one animated, one live). But we also bought out one of the UK's top five dealers - so we have over 55,000 old comics to sell too |
| Q:What range of comics do you have? |
|
| A:Golden age DC - Marvel - Fiction House - Fawcett - ACG - Nedor - Standard - EC, etc. And Silver Age everything! Plus a range of UK annuals, weeklies and libraries and our own back issues! But there are only so many hours in the day to list stock so it will take a while. Check our eBay store for extra titles. |

| A:Because we won't suffer fools and there are some strange people out there who prefer knee-jerk reactions! One person, instead of telling us the Royal Mail had savaged his delivery automatically blamed us. Another attempted a con through Paypal. When it failed he gave us SIX negatives. |
