| A:All you need do is order all the items you require and ignore the automated individual invoices you receive soon after purchasing. When you have finished purchasing just drop us a line to let us know via the eBay message system and we will then send you a revised combined invoice for all your purchases with just the one low shipping cost. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We will dispatch your order ASAP after your payment has cleared, normally within 24 hours of receipt excluding weekends. Parcelforce 48 Service normally delivers within 2 working days, excluding weekends, however, some areas of the UK are exempt and will take longer. | A:Sorry, but we are not able to accommodate collections under any circumstance.
This is partly because our warehouse does not have a retail license and also because our business is geared up for purely internet on-line/mail transactions and does not have the infrastructure to properly accommodate retail collections. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:If you decide for any reason that you no longer require the product/s that you have ordered and had delivered then please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will then advise you of how to return your purchases and once these are back with us in A1 condition we will refund 100% of your bid price excluding any shipping costs. |
