Experience with seller was first rate. They processed the order quickly along with a tracking number. The item was received early. The item received was new in original factory packaging.The only issue was the item itself. The Nutone doorbell pushbutton must be made in the same factory as other brands. I was expecting higher quality from Nutone. It had the same poor construction like others I have purchased locally.
