Returns, Exchanges &
We are happy to accept
returns of items provided that a return request is made within 14 days of
receipt, and items are returned unused and in re-saleable condition, i.e.
in the condition they were sent out in, with all labels attached, and properly
packaged. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item
unless the item is faulty or has been sent incorrectly.
If for any reason you wish to
return an item for a refund please request a return in the returns centre in Ebay,
or by Ebay messages. A returns process will be opened to enable us to
monitor the process and allow updates to both us and yourself via Ebay
messages. We will accept return of the product and you can then return
the item. Your refund will be processed on receipt of the item. The
return request will then be closed and Ebay will notify you. It is in
your own interest to obtain proof of postage as refunds will not be given for
items that are not received by us, or lost in transit.
If you are returning an item for an
exchange because you have ordered the wrong size, we will refund your payment
on receipt of the item and send an invoice for the new item through
Paypal. We will give information in the listing if the item is considered
to be anything other than average fitting. We will also give as much
information on size as possible and if you need more information you can

refund because you have ordered the incorrect size and a replacement item is
not available, or you have just changed your mind about the item, we will
still refund the cost of the item. Please note that we will only
refund the standard domestic postage costs and not additional optional extras
such as 1st class post, (where it carries an additional charge), recorded
delivery, next day delivery, airmail charges etc.
We don't purchase items as
seconds and we check all of items carefully when packing but occasionally a
faulty item may slip through. If your item is faulty you can choose to
have an exchange of a refund. For items found to be damaged, faulty
or sent incorrectly we will either send a prepaid bag or label to return
the item or refund the cost of returning the item to us by second class
post. We will only refund the cost of postage of items returned by the
service we specify or the service of least cost. However, you are advised to get proof of
posting from the post office which is free.

We always obtain proof of posting.
Royal Mail consider an items to be lost in the post, or undelivered, if they
are still undelivered 15 working days (excluding Saturday & Sunday) after
the day of posting for Domestic Mail, and 25 working days for European
Mail. If you haven't received your item after 10 working days (2 weeks)
please message us and let us know so that we can monitor the situation.
If, after the period stipulated by Royal Mail your item still hasn't arrived we
will refund you entire payment, or send a replacement, if you prefer and we
have one in stock. In most circumstances we will not refund or replace an
item before the period stipulated by Royal Mail, as it is quite possible that
the item will still be delivered and we would be unable to claim for
the item. If your item is lost, we don't expect you to chase it up, or
claim from the post office, we will take care of everything. If you are
in a hurry for your item delayed in the post and have a deadline by which you
need it, we will always work with you to try to find the best solution.
Refunds will be processed on return
of items and will only be made through the PayPal account which was used
to pay for the item. If the item was paid for by any other means refund
will be made by cheque.
For all returns the return address will be available in the
returns centre in Ebay when you open a return request, or will be provided when
you request a return.
