2. Compare your old ac specifications with the one you are purchasing. Make sure the Voltage(V), Amps(A) and Watts(W) are all matching (some discrepancy in A and in W are allowed, they should be equal or greater) the specs of our ac.

Remember, we are not going to resend your ac if it was returned to us unless you pay us extra postage. It is your responsibility to make sure you are able to get what you paid for. |

 | A: USPS is responsible for prompt delivery of your item. Just like everybody else we go to the Post Office and drop your adapters there, hoping it will reach you as it was promised to all of us by USPS, promptly.
Talk to USPS clerk first, 95% chance they can locate your item.

 | A: One type of adapter fits and 100% compatible with thousands of laptops but the laptop manufacturer want you to believe it is otherwise so you spend your money just with them. |
 | Q: I forgot to update my eBay Pay Pal address and the item was already shipped to me. |

 | A: Well at this point it out of our hands. Try to contact the person at your previous address. If the item comes back to us you will be responsible for any additional charges if you still want it to be shipped to you. Please make sure that the address was updated. |

 | A: Two months replacement for generic adapters. One Year replacement for PWR+ products (PWR+ should be on the label). Two months replacement for OEM products(30 days money back for all products).
Warranty is void if adapter was damaged, modified or not properly used. Return Shipping costs are not refundable. |
