-What makes up the Postage and Packing charge?
Our postage and packing charges are set as low as possible. The postage and packing charge includes:
1. Royal Mail Postage Stamp Costs (COSTS BELOW ARE UK ONLY)

Plaques/Keyrings 75p
Mousemats/Placemats 75p
2. Packaging costs, for example jiffy bags, packing materials and labour
Clocks 40p
Plaques/Keyrings 10p

Although we take pride in how quickly and carefully we post my items , I cannot guarantee the activities of the Post Office.
Please be patient if your goods get lost in the post as we have no control over the Royal Mail!
We must wait 15 working days before making a claim for UK lost goods, which we will make on your behalf.
Upon receipt of compensation you will receive either a refund or a replacement (replacement subject to availability).
We cannot refund any postage costs as we cannot claim these back ourselves.
We add a packing charge to pay for mailing costs ( jiffy bags, bubble wrap, labels, ink, petrol etc )
We always ensure that items are safely and securely packed.
All postage costs already include the p&p charge.
International shipping is available. Please ask if you're not sure.
If you have a problem with any purchase please contact me within 5 days.
Postage, Insurance and packing charges are not refundable.
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt and returned within 7 days.
A refund or replacement will be given on return of the goods in their original packaging. (Replacement subject to availability)
No refunds will be given for items damaged or lost in transit on the way back to us so please obtain proof of posting for any returns.
We
do
not accept returns on used items.
All sales are considered final after 14 days.
We try to provide a high quality service and a quick turn around from end of sale to completion.
Once the auction has finished, we will invoice you within 48 hours of the auction finishing with all the relevant information that you will require to enable you to make payment, which must be made within 7 days.
If payment is not received within this time an unpaid item report will be logged to enable us to reclaim the original Ebay fees charged automatically to my account at the close of each auction.
In the event of any problem with a purchase, we kindly request that before placing your feedback, we try to resolve the problem directly (giving at least 7 days as per Ebay rules).
If this rule is not followed and we feel that the feedback is unjustified NO replacement or refund will be offered.
Once the goods have been received, we trust that you will be pleased with your purchase and will place positive feedback and we will of course reciprocate.
In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us before placing your feedback.
