| A:Refunds may be granted if buyer contacts Pulse's Place within 4 days of receiving item. Items must be posted back to Pulse's Place, in same condition, within 10 days of making contact.
Items deemed faulty must be reported within 1 day of receiving. Items not deemed faulty or wrongly described will not have outward or return postage cost refunded. |

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Items are posted out generally by 2nd class post within 24 hours of payment clearance and will arrive according to Royal Mail's service or other carrier used.High value goods may be sent special delivery or with added insurance. |
